most of these men are now in their 80's, and dying. if it is because they allegedly killed 6 million jews, why then do we not chase american war criminals, like eisenhower for example. or stalin, when he was alive. stalin killed 9 million germans after the war, and ike 2 million. plus stalin killed 20 million russians. could it just be lies lies and damned lies.

  1. Because there is no statute of limitations for murder on a mass scale.  Remember:  Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it.

    Let us never forget.

  2. so stalin is an american now? wow your parents should have used a condom

  3. Well! The way I see it!Those Germans who perpetrated those unspeakable crimes must be on crutches now owing to their age

They do not need chasing at their age! Why?they are too old to run away!

  4. Because these people broke the laws in existence at the time and there is no statute of limitations for mass murder.

As for Eisenhower - can you supply any substantiated allegations of war crimes on his part?

  5. Well America and the USSR won world war 2.

For Stalin and Eisenhower to have been arrested, tried and hung for war crimes (Eisenhower??? What did he do???? new one on me anyway) - anyway for the aforementioned to have been tried, Japan would have had to have won the war - and I've no doubt in my mind they would have been ruthless!

It is as simple as that!

  6. What war crimes was Eisenhower guilty of, please tell us???

Stalin executed the White Russians who fought on the German side.

As for the n**i war criminals, you have to understand that they murdered babies as well as adults.

It is on record that in Poland they entered a nursery and murdered 60 babies by machine gunning them, then did the same to the mothers.

People who commit crimes like that should be hounded to their dying day.

  7. no its because the US and the soviet union owned germany not vice-versa lol

  8. let these old peeps live in peace and quiet they very old now and will die in the near future naturally, get the americans guilty of genocide to trial and punish them

  9. Make love not war...Peace brother and chill out.

  10. Sigh. Stalin killed millions of his own people, which doesn't make it right but it does make it no ones business but the Russians. He's the man who said that one death is a tragedy, a million is a statistic. Tells you much about the man.

You'll have to enlighten me about the two million dead Germans AFTER the war. It's utter news to me. And I have read and watched quite a lot about World War Two and the aftermath.

The reason we still chase these men is because they are mass murdering, genocidal criminals who have never been brought to justice. They are men who are KNOWN to have been involved in death camps, or had signed authorisation orders to transport Jews and 'undesirables' to them.

By the way, that 'allegedly' word, whilst I get the context you've written it in, many people will assume you are denying it ever happened.

  11. Well, Steve, I'm not chasing them.

Most reasonable folk know that it is a waste of energy. There will be a time when none of those 'responsible' are left alive. What to do then?

War is ghastly. So why are there rules about what is OK and what is not ?

  12. The Simon Weisenthall Centre have a mission and that is to bring to justice the n**i war criminals who participated in the rounding up and murdering of some 6,000,000 Jews and a further 4,000,000 Gentiles in the n**i death camps; known to the world as the Holcaust.

Because a person is old does not mean they should not then stand trial and be confronted by living witnesses and written and audio testimony from the past about their war crimes c1939-1945.

    We will remember them.

  13. Well now you hit on something that l am dead against, and that is jews still chasing n***s in the world. It smacks of too much vindictiveness and it's too late to readdress the balance.Let those disgusting n***s go to their graves with their conscience. Some things in life just can't be squared off and the higher ground is to let them rot.

In London l advertised for lodgers and two girls life long friends shared one bedroom. Both are from Argentina. They told me that after about 10 years of their friendship, they discovered their family secrets. One escaped prosecution after the war from germany by fleeing to Argentina, and the other family fled Germany to escape persecution (they are jewish)So they came from a persecutor and a persecuted. It shocked them deeply, but did it change their friendship???not one bit, because you have to move on,there is no other option. They now live, both married in Jewish golders green(where jews are still seeking vengeance for WW2 atrocities) while theses two decided to forgive

  14. it's important to the world's mass killers to know that such atrocities will NEVER be put aside to fade.

they SHOULD be persued to the end of the Earth and to the end of time.

this is not a case for moral relativism  i.e. 'well, you can't chase n***s if you don't chase x,y or z.'

someone CAN chase x, y or z if they so choose.

  15. It is primarily Israel that still searches for n**i war criminals.

They are still being sought because the Jews they killed are still dead.

Israel doesn't go after US war criminals because they had little to do with killing Jews.

Ike is dead and can no longer hold up his end of the chase.

Stalin was not an American war criminal.

Isreal doesn't really care who killed Russians (unless they were Jews) or Germans ( same ).

  16. Well Stalin, Mao et al died in office, so were safe from prosecution; the by-polar world in which they operated did not allow the UN to pursue them. It's quite likely if their regimes had fallen during their office then the new regime would have sought to try them, esp. as this distances the new regime from crimes past.

Someone mentioned consistency with standards of the time - by the mid-19thC the international laws of conflict were established & well refined. The n**i leadership were tried under laws that would have been equally known to their WW1 forefathers.

Ike is an absurd example. His actions were consistent with international law; no policy of executing of prisoners or civilians. Allied military methods were often rather heavy handed and caused many civilian casualties but this is not comparable with a direct policy of murdering non-combatants.

If you observe how war criminals & former dictators from other conflicts are pursued (Serbia, Chile, Japan etc) you can see a strong degree of consistency. Though frail and aged these individuals are not less guilty of apalling crimes simply because they have evaded justic for decades.

  17. I am German---and I have always wondered about this.  Moving forward means learning from the past and going toward a better future.  Forgiveness is a wonderful trait, and it often seems that Americans cannot forgive Germans, but they want to be forgiven.  They put U.S. born Japanese into concentration camps in Arizona, didn't they?  And didn't they commit atrocities in Vietnam?  And what about the atrocities committed against their own black citizen?  The fact is that America has a lot of own dirt to hide.  My father was a POW, first in Russian captivity, then in American captivity.(He had to go to war at age 15).  I always wondered why Germany still has to psy restitution to Israel---60 years of restitution.  America pays Israel 3 billion dollars a year---could it be that the Americans are glad to pay so that the Jews stay in Israel?  However, from the factual perspective of crime do I have to say that those who survived the holocaust need justice and each captured German war criminal means justice and final closure.  Justice and closure after being victimized is a very important part in healing.  However, I don't think that Americans are willing to do that---they still keep the Indians on reservations, even though the Indians originally owned the land, and according to history, the Indians were almost wiped out:  235.000 Indians had survived after the Americans were done with them---so, I would say that America needs to start cleaning house.....
