Why are we still surprised when the accused (the criminal) is a women or a girl?

Why do we get shocked when we know that a women or a girl has committed a Horrible crime?

Its because we delude ourselves with a idea that women are "pure" and do not behave in such a manner.  When the true is that their actions are no different.

Girls are made of sugar and spice and everything nice... that is how we were meant to be... to be good and motherly beings...but I know that is a load of c**p  :)  Women can be just at cruel as men and can kill or do all the same evil things...except for the worst... rape... girls just look more innocent too... cute and not rugged or tough... but the evil is there
