  1. thats because weather.. together with climate are very important in every aspects of human life..

    we have strong dependable on them..


  2. Well if it is weather research it is the observation data that is used to base predictions.  Other types of research may depend on weather conditions for the ability to observe or effect the results.  Such as Astronomy on a cloudy night or the number of frogs in a pond during a drought.
