Why are women's bikes ( eg Honda Activa, Kinetic 4S) heavier than Men's Bikes ?

Logic demands that women's bikes be lighter and easier to handle than men's bikes. Yet I find that its much more difficult to lift and handle a Kinetic Activa than say Hero Hondo Splendour or something similar ? May I know why is it so ?

bcozz these bikes are made to get a perfect balance...so size is increased horizoltally....and finally weight get increased
