Eyes are the window to the soul... the tiny muscles around the eyes are some of the most reliable indicated of true (or false) expressions of emotion, and show some brief, involuntary movement even when you have a black face (micro-expressions). And then eye movement and eye contact during conversation can help to suggest whether they are interested in you or not, whether they are lying or not, etc. This is why men and women use eyes to judge charactor - i.e. honesty, mood, thier interest in you etc.

I should add, they are only attracted to men's eyes when they eyes are attached to a man.

Maybe it's because it's the least sickening feature on any human being, and it can distract her from seeing the jerk he really might be.  I don't look at men.

...And don't hassle me with your thumbs-down.  I am not interested in men, that's my right, and that's just the way it is so deal with it.

Some men have very strickingly beautiful eyes, just like a woman does and you can really appreciate them. I have bright green eyes and I get complemented all the time because they are very stricking (I am very blessed)
