i mean... I'm a guy... and i can get a little sensitive... but when I'm on youtube or something and i comment they are like 'yeah... your comment sort of offended me....' I'm like.... i didn't sound rude, demanding, or put any inappropriate words or swearing or anything....

un like a guy.... they are actually 'whatever man...' kinda comment.

and it kinda pisses me of a bit... like you have to be careful about what you say around girls (been there... not pretty...) unlike guys.... they can relate.... sooo... im wondering is it a nature thing.... or is it like.... a gender relate thing...

(im not trying to be rude or anything here... just a question...)

  1. I'd rather have someone just say "Yeah, your comment offended me" then them being all pouty all day not knowing whats wrong.

  2. We're dramatic. (sobs in corner)

I don't know, really. I try not to be. I make every effort to display no emotion at work other than utter boredom (when alone), unprovoked rage, irritation, annoyance (when confronted with mouth breathing idiots) and dry sarcasm and wit, general merriment, and growing incredulity at the direction our lives have taken (with coworkers.)

When I get really angry, I start to tear up. It is embarrassing. So I fight real anger away whenever it starts to come on...

  3. when is that last time you spoke to someone important in your life about what you're feeling, besides the "i love you"

like actual talking about feeling upset.

chances are, not for a long time

a woman you know did that no more than 5 minutes ago.

she doesnt hide her feelings, and hence, react to everything a lot more

  4. real men are sensitive.Somethings offend me so I will verbally beat the h**l out of the offenders. They world(women especially) think that men are too macho for sensitivity  and that's why they lie to us and say sh*t that hurt us,because they think we're supposed to take their abuse.

  5. i think it is encouraged in the media for females to down-talk men ...you know "you're a jerk!" etc etc ...so the ones that feel they need to be overly assertive take this chance and go off at anyone who they think looks at them the wrong way.

  6. They're not ... men are forced to repress it more.

This is one of the few ways men are truly oppressed (by both women and other men), we're assumed to be emotional robots.

  7. Women are the social police.  I don't mean to insult, but just check out this theory.  Men get punched in the face if they are too obnoxious.  Women are more freer to put down others.

  8. Hormones, menstrual cycles, we give birth, etc. etc.

  9. This question has horrible grammar and way too much punctuation. I'm afraid I must ask you to come down to the station for interrogation, as this looks like the talk of a potential serial killer.

I will need you make a written statement as to what the offending comments were and then we can access if any verbal abuse charges are in order. Without knowing what you said, I cannot say that it's all women - although I get the feeling you were a little harsh and didn't understand why they'd react.

    Book 'em DANO!

  10. GENDER IS A MANUFACTURED CONSTRUCT!!!!

  11. You must either be very young or very isolated.  My husband is more sensitive than I am.  I grew up rather tomboyish because I was raised by my biker uncles.  My husband brings out the sensitive and feminine side of me and he is all man.  By the way they taught me how to work on cars.
