  1. Because they, as a "race", do not.  As individuals, many of them are more likely to get into accidents, but being cautious is not a bad things.  More men could learn from them.

  2. If you are going to voice a statistically wrong opinion, at least use correct terminology!  We are a different GENDER, not RACE!

  3. It's offensive in the same way that you would be offended if someone told you that all men SUCK at asking for directions, among other things (ie: knowing the difference between race and gender).

Please don't generalize all women in one category - the idea of that in and of itself implies that you don't see women as individuals. THAT is what is insulting and offensive to me personally.

  4. I think you mean s*x rather than race.

I suppose if I was a driver I might be offended, but as I am not I couldn't care less.  Moreover, years of indoctrination by my husband have left me with the conviction that women are bad drivers as well.

  5. 1. We're not a race, we are a gender. Invest in a dictionary.

    2. Because it is a stupid generalisation, there are bad male drivers and bad female drivers.

  6. As a psych nurse, I would not be offended but I would be concern enough about your mental status that I would ask for a psych consult on anyone who displays such an obvious break from reality.  The worst drivers, most fatal accidents, most moving traffic violations, most drunk driving, most reckless driving and highest insurance rates are within the demographic group of males ages 16-24 years old.  There's even a bunch of judges in Europe organizing a movement to get the legal driving age raised for only boys.

  7. ummm... because women aren't a race??? They are a GENDER.....lol

  8. We're a different race?  That explains a lot.

  9. Firstly they are a gender.

Secondly do have undeniable empirical evidence comparing all men or women or is this just another unsupportable generalisation
