Why are women rate more by their looks than men?

Because the female of the species is more pleasing to the eye, than

the male, they have to be, natural selection is not about shallowness

it's about getting the job done, no if's and's or but's about it, if mother

nature has anything to say about it then simply put, whether we like it

or not with all our petty arrogance in both genders, thruth be told it's

her way or the freaking highway . . .

But make no mistake, women are not above being taken in by a looker

every now and then either, so much for inner beauty . . .

in actuality men are more visual while women are more audio,

after all, looks speak for them selves, but words can be deceiving,

hence mother nature equiped them with better interperative skills

to cut through all the bull **** that men can dish out after a multiplicity

of  not so properly ingested maggaritas . . .

Just as women are rated by their looks, men are rated by their money.  Attraction and courtship in general are more shallow than we like to admit.  We are wired by evolution to select mates based on superficial traits.  In a more primitive time in human history, this helped us survive.  But nowadays, it seems to be holding us back from making better reproductive choices.

Because men are judged by their strength and the size of their wallets whiles women are judged by their appearance. As this is a male dominated world, men of power and wealth have always wanted to have the most beautiful females to use as trophies...

Antihero and mattbids, I don't think that's quite true.

My husband was dirt poor when I met him. And we still are.

And I know a lot of other women who can honestly say the amount of a man's income doesn't matter to them.

Looks are important when it comes to relationships, there almost always has to be physical attraction.

Money, not quite as important. I don't think one can compare the two.

its ok to b attracted by their looks since its the first thing u c, but not rated by it, i think they should get to know eachother and judge or rate by who they are, not how they look. since it tends to fade after a while. but the beauty of personality stays forever this goes for both guys and girls.
