the gym that I go too, I seem to be one of the only girls who lifts weights, and tries to build muscle mass. Most of the women I see hop onto a treadmill or elliptical for 30 to 40 minutes and that's it. Does anyone else think that this may be one reason why women have a harder time losing weight. It just seems to me that women aren't as motivated to stay in the gym as long and break a sweat. Every time I go to the gym, I'm there for around an hour and a half, and I'm lifting weights the entire time. Can some people enlighten me as to why this may be?
