The question itself is your answer. Being ugly is actually a biological disability. Evolutionary Biologists have actually predicted what we will eventaully evolve into in another few thousand years based on typical physical preferences by both genders of the other. We will be a race of 2 types, 1 will be the stereotypical deffinition of "beautiful" naturally thin, women large b*****s, men large neather regions medium toned skin, light brown-blonde hair ect. Then the other group will be a ape-like mutant. Almost reverting back to the animal we once were. This will simply be becuase as we evolve people will be getting more and more good looking due to inate physical mating prefernaces and then they "uglier" will begin mating with things outside the general species.

Anyhow, if you are ugly you are at a disadvangate. And womens libbers are using that disadvantage to further themselves by starting this organization. If they were prettier then people would be more accepting of them in positions. But since they are ugly people are biologically turned off by them
