  1. because u are actually burnt into film or an a dvd when you are in a movie and someone watches they have to watch it off of what your burned into....

while when on tv u are just there ur not IN the tv ur on the screen

  2. That's a question for the ages. I hope you get the answer so you can get a good nights sleep.

  3. IN a movie because movies are played on screens or projectors.

ON TV or ON radio because they are (signals) are transmitted in air.

  4. Because it used to be that you had to GO INTO a movie theatre to see a movie.  But you watched someone ON your tv set in your home.

  5. Haha that is a reeeeally good question...

Probably the best i've heard on here

If I could give YOU 10 points I would haha

  6. The answer is simple, before a blockbuster movie is released to cable channels such as FOX, FX, or Disney channel. There is a time limit on how long the film legally has to stay off a cable channel. So when you are "In" a film, you are first shown "In" theaters. Once that time limit expires the film is then shown "On" T.V. and you are now "On" T.V. The reason for the legal time limit is to make sure that the anyone who enjoyed the movie will buy it on DVD/ VHS release date before they have the chance to see it on cable.

  7. The same reason you wear "one" bra, and a "pair" of panties.

  8. Well....say it in a sentence and you will see why.. I was on a movie or I was in a movie.   I was in tv or I was on tv. Hope this helps

  9. LOL  I guess that's kinda like a logger that goes into the woods and cuts DOWN a tree, and then turns round and cuts it UP again

  10. Lol that's a good point!

  11. It just sounds better than "On" a movie or "In" TV
