A year or two ago you offered to reduce the mo rate to about $12 bucks--why hasn't this been done?

I don't even know what "Yahoo answers" is? Why is it so utterly difficult to write a one or two sentence description as to what you are talking about.

Since I've req a chg of ID, would you be so kind as to tell me when and how this is going to take place and whether it is going to affect my current programs, access, etc.

Or are you going to actually give me TWO ID's and if so which one will I use where, or not use.
