  1. You might want to ask this question of whoever labeled you.  The Democratic party hasn't done it.  The media  hasn't done it. And Obama and his campaign hasn't done it.

So, it's best if you go to the source of this labeling and ask them.

  2. I can't answer for Air America, but the criteria for being a racist has nothing to do with who you vote for.

  3. why dont you talk about politics? why this trash?

  4. Really, what else does he have to run on at this point?

He can't run on his accomplishments.. because he has none.

He can't run on his experience.. because he has none.

He can't run on his brilliant plans for the future.. because he has none.

He can't run on his moral character.. because he has none.

    This is all he has.

  5. Because otherwise they would have to admit to Obama's many flaws instead of this imaginary one.

  6. Listening to Air America is like listening to Fox News--limit yourself to an hour a month of propaganda or else you may start believing it.  If you hear something there that the mainstream media didn't tell you, check it out.  But don't believe it until you check it out.

  7. Because of a disease called Paranoia!!

  8. The democrats only need to look at themselves to see who the white people are that will not vote for a black person.  Republicans will vote for their nominee, John McCain.  Who will the Democrats vote for?  Democrats always say that the Republican Party is the white party and that they are Racists.  When Obama loses the election in November it will not be because of Republicans not voting for him it will be because Democrats did not vote for him.

  9. For the 6th time that I've posted this on here.

    Provide a Link.

I hear this charge 100 times a day and no one can provide a link to someone saying that you are racist if you don't vote for Obama.   So either provide a link, or stop recycling the same, tired untruths.

  10. It's Liberal fascism at it's worst. Liberals try to control people through accusations and guilt.

  11. Can you please name someone who said that if you're not voting for Obama you're a racist?

If you don't vote for Obama "Because" he's black, then you are a racist.

  12. Why is this lie repeated over and over and this very same question asked repeatedly?  It is a sham.

I don't know anyone that says that someone is a racist merely because they don't intend to vote for Obama.  Opposition to Obama itself does not equal racism.

A person can disagree with Obama's policy positions and that is reasonable, even to us Obama supporters.  Rather, if someone is not voting for Obama simply because he is half black then that would be a choice made because of racism.

  13. People who say I'm racist for not voting for him are clearly incapable of thinking for themselves.  I'm not voting for him because of his policies/plans for this country if elected, same reason I wouldn't have voted for Hillary.  I, unlike these mindless drones, am capable of independent thought, and use reason and logic to determine who I think is the best person to vote for.

  14. You aren't, people on here who say stuff like "Will we have to eat chicken and waffles everyday" or " people who have avatars of men in black face are labeled racist. There are a lot of horrible things said on here about Obama - and not about his policies but about his race.

  15. The only people who would label you as racist simply for not voting for Obama are people who don't know the issues and can't understand why you would vote for McCain.  Most Obama supporters don't fall into that category.  We are voting for him because we agree with his policies and stands on the issues.

I realize it makes it nice for you to generalize, because that keeps you from having to face the fact that people actually vote for him for other reasons than that he is black.

  16. I don't think people who  do not vote for Obama are racist, perhaps not as informed as they should be, but certainly not racist.  But, we can't ignore the fact that home grown racists will absolutely not vote for Obama.

  17. Because the Democrats are the only ones "allowed" to call someone racist

  18. This isn't Air America.

Also, you need to provide a reason why you aren't voting for Obama in order for me to decide if you aren't doing so for racist reasons.

  19. I don't listen to Air America, but I have heard these charges being made in a social setting.  I feel such claims stem from ignorance or malfeasance.  It is sad if you choose between two choices anywhere that the two have different races that it is assumed that that was your guiding light.

I have been down that road many times before and have learned to develop a thick skin to deal with it.  In the past, i have been accused of racism because I wouldn't back Jesse Jackson, then again with Al Sharpton.   Neither of those were the best choice at the time in my opinion.  I voted for Obama over Clinton because I felt he was.

I don't think that he is electable, though.  There are probably enough people out there who will not feel comfortable enough to vote for a black man.  Some people will do so for that reason and that is wrong ,too.  Either of these motions belies the fundamental concept that this nation was founded on.  In theory, anyway.
