  1. it has to do with metabolism, humans are like cars. If you dont use a car for a long time (years) its parts will (get dry and rusty, and when you are about to start the car, it gives you a hard time. Humans are the same way. If someone sleeps for long hours, their body nutrients which gives energy are not being burned or worked up by you. When people sleep at least 7-8 hours at night and get up early in the morning, your body will feel tired at first, but once you keep moving, then u will feel more energized the whole day, this is because you are wasting your energy, but regaining it with fluids(water, juice) and food, so this helps your body to be in the move. People that sleep too long may get anemia because they are not working up their energy while sleeping, so your metabolism is not doing what the body is asking for, which is to excersise.

  2. cause you slept too long.

ur bones didn't move for too long.

    lie down too long already.

    so you might feel restless.

or your sleeping position is wrong that's why you're restless.

it's good to sleep longer. thats what i think. XD
