We saved you from Mongols in the medieval times, we saved you from Napoleon, we saved you from Hitler (proof is in wikipedia, just type "Eastern Front"), We give you our oil and gas, and fight international terrorists in Chechnya, and yet you say we are bad and try to interfere every time when we regain our strength. We are not some bloodthirsty commies with pet bears, for Christ's sake!!! We are people, like everybody else. I've seen the world, I've been traveling for my whole life, and Russia ain't the best country, but it's certainly not a hellhole you think it is.

  1. I, and I think the majority of Americans have no problems with Russia. I dont think anyone in the U.S. has the sentiment of trying to bring Russia down.  20 years ago was a different story.  As long as the government of Russia strives toward democracy and human rights then God bless Russia.  However, when any country invades the sovereignty of another nation, then we have problems.  U.S. included and that is why you are seeing the anti-war sentiment being brought up in the states.

  2. In that case, what are you views on the US? We've done more good for the world in the past few hundred years than most any other country. Are you saying people shouldn't be hating on us either? Or do things in the past that have absolutely no bearing on current day affairs not factor in?

  3. You helped Britain and America bring down Hitler, we then ruled Germany together with France and you betrayed us by spying on us and blocking us off from Berlin, it bought you and America into the Cold War. You also have a bad and disturbing view on the western civilizations, you see the government as a country not the citizens, men, woman and children grow up western, they don't chose it but yet you despise of us.

    Its a huge culture collision.

    Communism and Capitalism.

    Daniel.

  4. So this is all about socialism and communism?

I dont like that part of our history too, but only in political way.

And when ppl 2day say that all Russians are still commies, that sounds hilarious. No one in Russia listens to what communists say nowadays.

  5. Russia's sacrificed everything to be "accepted" in modern day world society. It deserves an equal chance. Western countries such as America as jealous that the Russian's can build up a country from scratch in 19 years and still rival the US. The Russians are a type that stick by their trade and support their close allies. The US are making Russia, Serbia, China, Iran look like the new "Axis" which they are clearly not. People should realise Russia is not the USSR, its trying to change but no one is really letting it to. Now they have a war in Georgia which the US critisize the Russians for using force! What nerve! Georgia attacked South Ossettia which holds many Russian citizens and is partly Russian itself! Russia has a right to defend its people from threat and Georgia should run home back to their mums! Srbija 4ever!!!

  6. Relax, its' mostly blood thirsty Christians and Republicans.

  7. Its because Capitalists are afraid of Russian Proletariat and Proletariat of the World in general. This is the phase of agony of Capitalism.

The Powers of the World had always been scared of the Red Revolutions, that´s why they supported Hitler , Franco and Mussolini.

Dont you realize that this is a world crisis? UK and USA are on the verge of bankruptcy.

Capitalists know that this is the phase of its decline, they know that Capitalism rebuilding is not possible.

  8. Yes Ive noticed that. Even with the demise of Communism Russia is still being pesterized.

  9. Interesting when Chechnya wants freedom you say you "fight terrorists"  but you are helping in Ossetia???

Katya got a thumbs up from me. It is true, people who still associate Russia with socialism and communism need to get out of their hometowns once in a while, and see what's going on in the world.

  10. Russians have always been the "evil empire" to the average Americans

During the n**i years Hitler was very anti Russian and there was a lot of that feeling in the US as the US opposed Socialism.

Historically speaking Russia has been our enemy since the last Czar.
