I don't mean specifically you, i meant me.

If i eat then work out say, 30min later, i noticed i could only lift about 10-15 lbs shorter than the days i've been working out before. Same thing when i m********e and then work out.

anyone got the same problem?

  1. Well, Ive had a **** before a workout more than once I'm embarrassed to say... and it does kind of make me feel a little lethargic but that's to be expected and energy quickly returns. It doesn't impact on the value of the workout.

As for eating.... I eat something about an hour before.. and I always have something immediately after... just to balance out the glucodins. You know.. replace the sugars. This helps prevent muscular depletion from lack of food energy.

  2. I thought masturbating was a 'Work Out' hahaha

Like what the "Prof" said plus you shouldn't be doing any exercise after you've just eaten! We were taught that in primary school. Wait at the very minimum an hour b4 you work out. As its bad for your body.

As for working out your other 'muscle' same applies.

Good luck and enjoy your fantasies!

  3. don't **** then

  4. The masturbation effect is all in your head.

The eating is the fact that your body is focused on digestion, and you are trying to get it to produce massive amounts of energy. You should wait 1.5-2 hours after eating to workout. It also screws up your digestion and does bad things to your tummy.

    Good luck!

  5. why do you m********e and then work out?! You should not eat alot before working out, since eating makes you tired altogether,  exercise will make you even weaker.

  6. save it for s*x

  7. yeah, i've noticed that when i jack off before i lift weights. but i think it's just because my hands are slippery and it makes everything harder to hold onto. it affects my video-game playing, cooking, and driving also
