Why are youngsters having problems of delinquency, unwanted pregnancies???

also vehicular/'freak'(including Choking games) accidents, gangsterism, suicides, mass shootings???

Are stress and the Internet to blame? Or have the two greatest institutions ---Family and School--- failed in nurturing or educating them? Positive suggestons please...

I'll try to be as positive as I can when I answer this.

It's mostly peer pressure, family problems (divorce, parents beating you...etc.), stress in many other things. Like work, people discriminating them cause they're fat, ugly, tall... People who're racist, or prejudiced. (anyone is capable of being racist.)

It doesn't start at internet, it starts at stress.

School and Family are very important to teenagers. If anything were to happen, they'd wanna just drift away from it all.

By doing drugs, they are trying to forget about their problems...

By cutting themselves, they are trying to punish themselves... Or kill themselves. They want it all to be over, because they seem to have no more hope.

People making fun of people who beat themselves up aren't helping at all.

People beat other people up because they have done them wrong. If they beat someone up for no reason, they probably want others to feel their pain.

I don't know how to solve this problem. I just want it to end soon.

these things have been going on for a long time, so I doubt you could blame the internet.

As far as family, school, stress, and society as a whole, probably a little of all of that.
