serious answer: i guess 'cause there isn't a high demand for breakfast food -- when is the last time you ordered breakfast at a chinese restaurant?

well its only some restrants that dont serve breakfast, down in washinton,silverspring they have a resturant that serve breakfast its called "dimsum" and its usually like congee or whatever but yeah, its still breakfast.

Cuz the only thing they can serve is a breakfast fried rice and most people would't eat it!! LOL

Eggs, sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, peas, ham, pork AND RICE!!!!

Because their food is typically served as lunch and dinner here in the US. I bet if you go to China, they will be open all the time.

we DO eat breakfast but it's mostly congee and dumplings and such. the chinese restaruants YOU go to may not have breakfast but they really do especially in chinatown. if you find a place that is open for breakfast it's probably dim sum which is actually considered brunch. plus most chinese food is so greasy and oily that untrained stomachs cannot handle it in the mornings so i suggest you ease up on the grease if you do try to eat the breakfast.
