Why aren't My videos from my video camera importing onto my computer?

My pictures that i take on it import but my videos will not show up. Please help!

  1. INSTALL PROPERLY UR MOBILE SOFTWARE ON UR COMP.THEN TRY TO CONNECT .IF IT DOESN'T THEN REPAIR THE SOFTWARE OR UNINSTALL AND THEN REINSTALL.  THEN U CAN TRANSFER UR PHOTOS EASILY.ALSO CHECK WHETHER ALL CONECTIONS ARE RIGHT OR NOT.
