  1. It’s the manufacturing process. In order to make these long-keeping noodles that cooks in a few minutes, they deep-fry them in oil. And they drain half an ocean of sodium into them.

I'm actually eating a pack of Ramen right now, let's check out the nutrition facts:

    190 calories, 60 from fat.

910mg of sodium, that's 38% of what you need daily - if your goal in life is to be a certified fat ***.

That was fun and package Ramen isn't even as bad as the cup kind.

  2. Fried and Sodium. I read that a Japanese pop star a while back got breast cancer from eating cup noodles 24/7 on tour. I'm not saying eating it once in a while is bad..just don't overdo it. I only eat cup noodles like once or twice a month. I also just eat the noodle..don't drink the soup!

  3. Too much sodium. Plus the noodles are fried.

  4. way too much sodium which adds water and weight and blood pressure

  5. they use WHITE grains instead of WEAT grains and have alot of sodium.

  6. Because they are loaded with artificial flavouring and chemical additives, and just one contains enough salt to last you a week.

  7. They contain A LOT of sodium.

  8. one word: SODIUM

  12. They are very high in sodium, very little in the way of nutrition as well.
