  1. Loyalty is a two way street!

I am a loyal Ford owner, and I hate to buy anything less. I have and I have always been disappointed. Ford has always been interested in customer satisfaction. I think that this was one reason Iaccoca was canned from Ford. He tried GM's marketing strategy, so FMC dumped him.

As for GM, I never could see why people let themselves be fooled so many times.

  2. I used to buy GM, until I could afford an Alfa Romeo and a Mercedes!! Hahahahhahahahaha!!

  3. They are more car companies to choose from. I used to be loyal to one car co but now I shop around.

  4. the loyalty needs to be earned. i myself love GM products (especially the vette), but they simply did not have anything competitive in the 4 door segment, so i got a chrysler 300C.

340 hp and 4 doors for the price is very appealing.

IMO better to buy american than foreign either way but sometimes some companies just have a better product than what's offered.

  5. That's a pretty one-eyed way to think, mate! What do you do if GM go down the s*****r, and stop making cars? Will you never buy a new car again?

Do you never shop across brands for cars? You could be pleasantly surprised at just how much better at making cars some manufacturers are than GM.
