Question:

Why aren't my Zune Video files, adding to my device?

This has been annoying me for SO long now!

This NEVER happened with the 2.5 software.. But ever since the new Zune Markerplace software update happened, I can NEVER seem to get my videos on my device!

I first tried using an mp4 file. It said it was syncing, and then it would randomly stop.

Then I tried a wmv file, or whatever.. and the same thing.

So I caved, and got the Cucusoft Zune Video Converter.

I converted my videos, then dragged them into my Collections, and synced them to my device.

It says it's on the device.. But when I unhook my device from my computer and use it, they're not there!

Yes, I let them fully sync.

I don't understand WHY it will not sync my videos. Can anyone offer any insight?

  1. Don't drag them to your collection. Put them in the folder you have Zune monitoring for videos. The Zune program will find them there and add them to the collection then sync your Zune.

It is possible you aren't looking in the right category on your Zune. The new update allows you to catgorize your videos. Go to videos>all on your device. Do you see the video there? As it implies ALL videos should be listed there.

In the collection how do you have the videos categorized? If you have it in the TV category then on your device look in that category.

  2. I also use this software but it really works for me .I download from: http://www.topsreviews.com/zune-converte...
