I progressed over a few weeks to a certain weight level using free weights and I've been stuck on it for the past 2 weeks. What's strange is that I can do 12 reps on the first set, but then I can only do 5 or 6 after I rest for a minute or so. I really feel my biceps both during and after the exercise and since I can't lift any more I'm obviously working them, so how come after 2 weeks I can't increase the reps?The 2 bicep exercises I'm doing are bicep curls and scott (concentration curls)
