They have pictures of naked teens, why aren't they arrested? Is nudism considered a religion so they cannot intervene?

  1. I think you need to do some research into the lifestyle before asking questions like this.  NOT all nudist websites have pictures of naked teens in them.  Sites like Fig Leaf Forum are text-only, whilst net-nude and cybernude don't have any nude imagery in them except for in photo albums.

Nudism is a cultural philosophy - in Europe the laws regarding depicting teens and nudity are more relaxed than America's.  Also, the nudist movement needs to attract younger people to it in the English speaking world, so they need to have some images of teens and young adults on their sites to create a sense of balance and positive peer pressure that other advertisers use for other products (e.g. Coca Cola, McDonalds, KFC, Pepsi, iPOD, MTV, Playstation etc.)  Nobody would buy them if they showed fat, wrinkly old people consuming them would they?

  2. nudism is some peoples way of life and nude teens online from nudism webs site is perfectly legal as long as the site belongs to a certain nudist group

  3. What legal action?  No law is being broken.

Nude isn't lewd.  If you look at someone who is merely undressed, and not doing anything sexual, but still get all hot and bothered, then YOU have the warped mind.

  4. Why do you think the government should stop something legal@

  5. I suspect that Daniel G's answer is right, and naked pictures of children are legal as long as they aren't having s*x.  Although if that's true, it makes me wonder why there aren't tons of websites with pictures of naked children.  I'm not into it, but a lot of people are.  And I wonder why anyone would risk going to jail for having pictures of children having s*x, when they could just have pictures of naked children not having s*x instead, and it'd be legal.

  6. I nothing about naked teens; all I'd say to you is that there is nothing wrong with nudism.

Open your mind, stop being such a prude and stop trying to tell other people how to live their lives.

  7. It probably falls under 'art', plus the sites could be hosted outside the US in countries that aren't as hung up about nudity.

Generally it is legal as long as it isn't sexual in nature (ie kids in the bathtub), but it is in a legal gray zone.

  8. It is 100% legal.

Only pornography with minors is illegal, but if you don't make the difference between natural nudity and pornography, you have dirty thougths and you should go and see a psychiatrist.

    Pedophily is a crime!

People who have sexual thoughts by seeing a picture of young naked girl or boy are a shame!

  9. i think nudism should be for over 16's   cos it gives totally the wrong impression

  10. Because they are not engaging in sexual acts (such as s*x) or posing for the intent of pornogrophy.
