Why aren't page settings permanent?

When I set my page option colors to the color I prefer and my view to "narrow" they aren't permanent. When I login the next time the settings have returned to the defaults. Is there any way to make them permanent?

You have to save the changes after. Did you do that? If you don't then it will always come back to the original. Good luck.
