Seriously, it's the longest running animated series, you would think it could atleast be on Monday-Friday! Has Fox ever explained why it only airs on Sundays?

  1. Are you talking about first run (brand new) shows or reruns?

If you are talking about first run it would cost the FOX network too much money to buy hundreds of episodes per season.

If you are asking about reruns check your local paper for TV listings...I am sure you will see it listed somewhere....probably between 6pm and 8pm. Since reruns are in syndication they would only be broadcast on your local FOX station if they purchase the show.

In my area, western PA, the Simpsons reruns are on the local MyNetwork station at both 6pm and 7pm, Monday thru Friday.

  2. that is so not cool the Simpson's are a classic, they used to be on Mon.-Fri. that was a very poor choice on Fox's part.

  3. Where I live it is on at 6:00pm, 7:30pm, and 11:00 or 11:30pm.

  4. Fox hasn't explained anything and, in fact, it doesn't need to because it's not evening happening. Ummm, the Simpsons does still air on weekdays.

    stop spreading rumors.

  5. Well in Germany it is :-) from monday to sunday
