Why aren't the TV stations reporting the record low approval ratings as a story, every newscast?

We heard about Bush's low approval ratings almost every day forever.... but the democratically controlled congress has horrendous approval ratings and its just not news, why?

Let's see a "favorable" story about a Democrat "(Obama) every single day, no (or few) negative stories about Democrats in congress...See a pattern here?

You see it on Fox News every once in a while, but that network doesn't beat stories into the ground, except Anna Nicole Smith.  With most stories, it covers the story and then moves on.
