Why aren't there 4th rd scores for Ohair and some others from the last tournament?

Yes, there is a third round cut.

The PGA wanted to reduce the number of players in the final round. They wanted to keep the "cut" at 70 players. But if more than 78 players made the cut, only the top 60 would actually play on the weekend.

The 3rd round cut is a compromise. If more than 78 players make the Friday cut, they would all play on Saturday. But only the top 70 after Saturday's round would play Sunday.

yes, if there is a third round cut off also.  If the cut is the top 72 players, for argument sakes, its really the top 72 players PLUS ties, so there could be 74, 75, 80 who knows, how many actually making the cut.  SO after the third round there is a second cut, and only the top 72 (plus ties) will make it to sunday.  So if a player who was tied at the bottom, falls below the top 72, than he is cut for the 4th round.
