Because sad people are stolen their confidence and esteem from the bad people i mean happy selfish people!!!

People today have no idea how well off they are. The average person in the West has a much better standard of living than kings and emperors of the past. Just consider nutrition, health, lifespan, accommodation, transportation... we've never had it so good.

Most people aren't happy because they have grown up with "instant gratification", where they are externally reward for the smallest things. They have never developed internal gratification and if they never do, they will always be unhappy.
