Why arent there any good independent candidates?

Democrats are so dishonest, they lie to the people that have nothing, they are helping them by giving them things for free. Thats just keeping them down and content with having little and raising taxes and tell you with a smile. Republicans big business enough said. We need an Independant for President that will run the Whitehouse for the people, and care about our needs not the needs of the rich and lining their own pockets with our hard earned money. We need to send a message to our Government (both parties) that what they are doing is unacceptable, and we the people want a change. We need to hold the media accountable for all the bull they feed the public and show what agender they hold dear, (the liberal agenda). I'm a moderate conservative, I think that bothe parties are in the wrong. I have a wife and four children and I think we are being ripped off by Democrat controlled house and Senate, if you remember before that we had at least some money. The Republicans for being stupid.

they were incredibly hostile to ross perot in 1992, because he wasnt 'on the script of the program'

that included Tim Russert, who was the new host of 'Meet the Press' at the time

The media ignores them as they are commanded to do,thus they are not known to most people.

John McCain was an independent in the past, but he switched to  the Republican party. They flip flop and it is so hard to figure out where they are coming from.
