  1. Are there restrictions on the phone?  Sending SMS cost money.

    Are the restrictions a mistake?  The company makes lots of them.  Someone could have ajusted your plan and accidently put you in a catigory without SMS

    Are you 13 years old and up all night texting everybody?  Your parents could have done this to you and there's nothing you can do about it.
