Ok... I know this is very weird but my friend is seriously being accused for stealing.

We all go to the same school and this guy (A) he accused my best friend (B) for stealing his iPod. But the thing is I know that B didn't. B wouldn't do something like that.

Plus, A lost his ipod in the library because he left it there and B just happened to be in the library. Now B is in a big mess because A said that if B doesn't return his ipod, A will bash the **** you of B's ex-girlfriend which B is still in love with.

So my poor best friend, he doesn't have enough money to support himself, now that mother ****** accused him for stealing and my best friend has to go out there and buy him a new ipod!! Do you find it ridiculous??? And I don't know what to do, I mean I don't have cash to help him.

  1. If there is no proof, then tell a to kiss off.  And like the first answer, get the police involved if you need.

  2. Well, (A) can accuse (B) of stealing his Ipod all he wants, but the truth of the matter is that (A) is committing a crime too.  It is called "Criminal Threats"  As far as legalities go, (B) can't get in trouble unless there were witnesses that saw him take the Ipod, or if (A) has proof that he stole the Ipod.

  3. "B" needs to contact the police.

  4. who cares, its not your problem.  Avoid drama and move on with C) your life.
