Why big rims on classics

why is it everyone seems to want big-to-huge rims on everything?am i the only one who thinks putting big rims on old cars is dumb ? it wrecks the car and they look like c**p.

I, too am NOT a fan of the big rim look on anything, it's ridiculous... You shouldn't need to lift your car to fit the rims on it...

Hello people tend to be trendy if that's  what is hip then they will do it. However, there are repercussions from doing such things as altering the ride.

i dont really care anymore...i thought it was dumb before cuz your ruining the wheel wells and really messing up the car

but whatever

its their money...and im thinkin about putting 26 inch rims on a escalade it should fit but yeah idk

havent worked on a suv before....

YEA I KNOW IT MAKES NO SINCE..

but i had a grand marquis and put 18 inch..u didn't have to pick it up and it was the baddest on the road
