Why bother having weather forecasters?

they always get the weather wrong.Today for example,they said it would rain so i changed my plans because of it.Then sat bored all day and it never rained at all!!

true enough. At least don't try and predict the weather more than a day ahead of time. For instance early this morning the weather was supposed to clear up and be 19 degrees and Sunny, then when the afternoon came, the sun didn't come out but they were sure to change the forcast to suit the current weather. This always happens. If you can't predict the weather 8 hours from now don't bother trying to predict it a week ahead of time.
