Why brits feel so ease , so comfortable for being openly racist ?

I do understand racism exists in all society , but I am puzzled by the easiness and comfortness of the British people when they started acting openly racist in the name of exercising their freedom of speech , from politicans to policemen to comedians to average joe in the street.

The UK is one of the least racist countries in the world - it is your looking that is flawed - you will always find what you are looking for.  Getting really sick of the rest of Europe telling us about ourselves when they are so openly and institutionally racist.

And that slogan you mention which I would not repeat has certainly not been used in the UK in the last 50years.The only thing that is beyond doubt is that you are a fool.

As I understand Racism only comes about if you incite hate to a certain Race Of Human Some Examples Central America towards Arabs. Mexicans.Russians. Chinese.Asia as A whole. Africans .And the French. England It is assumed are " acting openly racist " Towards The Welsh, The Scottish ,The Republic Of Ireland,The French The Dare I say The German Or Are we Allways Going To assume That Rasism Is All About  " Vote labour if you want a niggxr neighour"  In the I enfersise the word "HATE" In The Hate Fuelled Debating Chamber Of British Politics

I agree with Ladymoon The UK is so multi-cultural.

and thats good in one way.

But!

I think English people are losing their identity and im not even english but my ex bf is and like I felt for him.......Becuz he was pissed off when ever he saw foreighners chattin in their languages and he even said u even need to be foreign or pregnant to get a free hse in london.

And before u go he's racist - he is so not....hes the least racist person i know. and i know a few.

I am not happy with anyone with a racist attitude....

I dont like the asumption that we are all the same here!...

I think maybe you need to compare it a little more with other countries as I seem to find more racist comments coming from the USA...

You're generalising.  Britain is made up of a diverse mixture of people, different races, cultures, religions, everyone an individual.  You can't say that "everyone" in Britain is racist at all.  Some are, some aren't, its just that the ones who are are just a lot louder about it . . .

Have you met every British person what has ever walked the face of the earth?.no.

Its Muslims what gathered in the street and banners saying nuke,bomb,behead,torture, take there wife's as war tokens, because they have free speech, all because Denmark made a little cartoon about "allah".

And yes i am racist toward Muslims because they are attempting to change are culture. And yes i am a native before any body says otherwise. My family name predates the actual English language.

I don't mind black people in Britain. I don't mind any other culture just the Muslims in our Country. I don't like them because they treat us like a doormat, general very rude and ignorant. We all so open because we are honest. We don't pretend to like someone. Comedians do it to make the audience laugh its there jobs. And can you name a Politician (excluding the BNP) who has admitted he is racist. And i doubt a honest police man would say it. We are British bugger off and leave us alone. We probably don't like you but you can't do anything about that, live with it.

That's not fair. We're not all like that. I understand what you're saying but don't label the entire British people as racist because of the idiots that exist in society.
