I'm a brunette and when I was younger I always wanted to be a blonde. I think just everything in the media and things that girls see make them think that they will be happier if they were that girl that everyone wanted to be, have blonde hair, blue eyes. But in reality everyone is beautiful the way that they are. When I realized this I decided that I love my brown hair the way it is and I would never want to dye it blonde. hope that helped!

brunettes aren't jealous of blondes.  maybe some of them just like the hair colour and wanted to try something new, lol.  i am a brunette and would never dye my hair blonde though.  i'm not jealous of blondes.  but no offence to blonde girls, but a lot of the time it's them who think that all the brunettes are jealous of them because 'they totally like have more fun!'  i hate girls like that.  not all blondes are like that though.  im not saying its just blondes either it's some brunettes too.

I don't know where you get that from because it's the unnatural blondes that are hoes.

Only 1 in 14 females are naturally blonde and there hair darkens as they get older, it's brunettes that try to immate our colour (have you ever watched hair dye ads on tv?) natural blondes are rare. Blonde's a nice colour, I mean come on it's gold! But it's brunettes that gave us a bad name not vice versa, no offence I love brunettes (mmmm chocolate) but they're the unnatural blondes that are "hoes". You really should've thought that through.

yeah i have noticed it to, i never know who's real and who's faking it. it's just insecurities with some which is what you're refering to i think, and others its fashion (follow the crowd), and with others they just like their hair blonde. I don't understand it much either, i've always found that your own hair colour suits you best anyway, so why bother going through the hassle?

I guess cause many of the famous celebrities and fashion icons that they look up to are blond (Marilyn Monroe, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Jessica Simpson, Ashley Tisdale etc..)

Plus if its a love movie, many times the main character is a blond and the guys fall for her blah blah blah

Or they wanna be ditzy in front of guys cause they think the guys like it

And probably they just like the colour

Personally, its just a hair color so it really doesn't matter if your blond or brunette
