As u know, people dont have enough time. . When its night in India, Its day in U.S. and sum other countries. So while setting up a call centre in India, ppl in U.S can have 24 hr service and provide employment oppurtunities too. As these guyz pay in dollars, they will feel it easier to pay ppl here in India coz others demand more.

I dont agree with the person just above me because, itsyour job to take care of ur employment, Dont blame Indians or any one else and stop being racist.

its all about cost cutting and saving..cheap labor,english talking personnals...wait for few more yrs this bubble will burst.. i  am stil thinking of those peoples u  thinks that they made ..great career in this arena...but its great tht one gotta learn the communication skills ..which are the funda of every job..

as per my thinking ..youths are just wasting thier learning age in this kind of jobs.. there are many other..core sectors which nned our brain...
