Why can't I access MyYahoo page?

Question

I cannot access MyYahoo page with all my personal settings and information. It just does not load. I can access my Yahoo mail account and the main Yahoo pages but not MyYahoo. Has anyone else had this problem? I know my connection is OK because I can go anywhere else in the internet I type in. I have tried clearing my browsers cache but it did not help. This also happened yesterday.

Any insights would be appreciated.

It has been down since yesterday. I have been trying to get someone from Yahoo to give me an answer. I depend on MyYahoo for all my Internet experience.

I am having the same problem for  3 days. I can't access the MyYahoo home page with my custom content. I only get the Yahoo.com page. I can't find any way to contact Yahoo to get Help.

Any suggestions before I simply dump Yahoo and use Google as my homepage?

My Yahoo appears to be down today.  I am not able to connect.  ALl other yahoo functions working just fine.  It was also down yesterday for me for a short time, then back up.  Now down again.

my yahoo page has also been down since around midnight eastern time last night...

edit: 6:40pm my yahoo is now up & running!

When I posting this question, I saw a highly rated answer, and it seems to have worked! I completely 'shut down' for a few minutes and when I booted back up, everything worked again. Give it a try! I hope it works for you, too. Blessings...

I am having the same problem, my My.Yahoo page will not load.  This started late on Friday.  At that time the page was very very slow responding, then it just stopped.   But the problem is limited to just one PC.  The PC in the family room works as normal.  It only occurs on the one in my home office.

Yahoo, Messenger, and My Mail are all working fine on the home office, just not My Yahoo page.
