Why can't I access Yahoo Music Jukebox Plus features when I am a subscriber to Yahoo Music Unlimited?

I am unable to access boost features and Launchcast Plus stations. I have already subscribed to Unlimited.

I also can't find any songs from artists that I have previously downloaded from. Please help!!!

I am a subscriber too and I'm continously having issues.  I don't have an answer for you and can't find my answers either.  I do know that you have to upgrade to get the boost and equalizer settings.  Yet one more very irritating issue.  Why should we upgrade for those few little add ins?  Use your sound card to make music adjustments if you have one.  What really gets me is I paid a year in advance and the program runs like Beta test.  aarrgghhh
