Why can't I access a group that I am a member of?

I was added to a group and made a moderator by the group owner and I am having difficulty joining the group and being able to read messages... why - what should I do?

  1. When a person is "Added" to a group, that person becomes an email only member and cannot access the group features.  The owner should have thought about this BEFORE adding you and making you a moderator.  Send an email to the group owner and get him/her to walk you through it.  If you do not have the owner's email address, look at the very bottom of the group's website and you will see it there.
