Why can't I access my Yahoo Bookmarks and my Yahoo favorites from any computer?

i have to retype my YAHOO BOOKMARKS from my office computer to my home computer-they're not syncehed like AOL is. Same with Favorites-

Favorites, I know, are local ONLY to the computer you saved them on, although you CAN use the "File" > "Import/Export" function in IE to export them and then import them to another computer.

As to Bookmarks, I was under the impression that they WERE accessible from one computer to another, as long as you had the Yahoo Bookmark function downloaded.
