Why can't I access my old Yahoo page? This new format sucks!?

I've been a happy yahoo user for at least 10 years (probably more).

Now It seems we have been switched to this new format.

Plainly it sucks.

If I'm forced to use it and can not go back to my previous format. I can find a service other than yahoo.

DEAR YAHOO!!! Please rethink your plan to force long time users to comply with the new format. It is not an improvement.

I read on Yahoo Blog that they are retiring Yahoo classic as of 14 July 2008.

"Retiring the Original My Yahoo!

In addition, we want to let you know that on July 14th we will be retiring the original My Yahoo! and moving everyone into the new version. At that point, access to the original My Yahoo! will no longer be enabled. How silly we were to believe that "My Yahoo" meant it was ours.

It's "Their Yahoo".

And they can play with their Yahoos all by themselves now, because I'm off to Google too.

When Ford sells you a car, they don't take away your old car, if you want to keep it.  Why does Yahoo shove this new c**p down our throats, and not let us have the option of keeping the old one, if we were happy with that?

Yahoo is over.  They are too busy fighting off Microsoft and Carl Ichan now to care if we all leave for Google.

Just keep your word.  Let's all leave.  Yahoo wont be surviving in it's present form anyway.  Soon it will be a Microsoft subsidiary.

yahoo is simply uncooperative. all you can do is hit them where they live; maybe they'll get the idea.

in the end, i honestly hope that yahoo comes to it's senses, but in lieu of that, i suppose that it should be more humane to hasten their consumption by microsoft. . .

Yahoo The new format stinks, and that fact that Yahoo is forcing this on us makes no sense. The old format has worked fine, so we should be forced into an inferior interface against our wishes.

Yahoo: give us back the good old My Yahoo format. This new one is bad news!
