Why can't I add a picture to my yahoo profile?

When I try to upload a picture to my yahoo profile I am getting all sorts of different errors, seemingly having to do with the yahoo photos closing. Why is this affecting normal yahoo accounts?

sept. 20th Yahoo Photo's is closing. the error you're getting, if you read it fully, will explain this and offer other sites to pick from

You are probably uploading a picture with a trans script and you can't upload thoughs that is probably why it is doing that
