Do you mean you want to know why you cannot use this on your phone.  If your phone is not compatible for either Yahoo Go 2, or 3 you can still be able to use this program if you have a Web browser,

Open your mbile phone to

Here you have access to all the features of Yahoo Go.

The other option that may be available to you if you cannot get Yahoo Go, i found 2 programs
