Why can't I brush my Webkinz's teeth?

Ok. I have a Lil' Kinz, and it's a chicken. I go to the sink in my house, and I want to brush it's teeth and wash it's face. ( It has a beak. Does it need to have teeth? ) When I put the toothpaste on the toothbrush and rinse it, it won't let me brush it's teeth! And I put soap on the cloth and it won't let me wash it?!? PLEASE HELPPP!

first you have to put toothpaste on the brush. Then you have to put it on a certain part of the beak.

It's possible that there's a glitch.  I forget now which pet it is, but I know that I can't comb the fur on one of my pets (and it's one that does have fur).  Sometimes with the newer Webkinz, there are just some glitches like this that they need to work out.  They'll probably get it fixed with time.

first u have to put the tooth paste on the brush and put it on a certain place on the face..you will know when it turns to the side hold it and it will brush.
