Why can't I buy Mug Cream Soda in Los Angeles county?

I discovered the stuff on a trip back east. I'd really hate to find out that it can only be bought out there. How can I get my hands on this stuff, living in Southern California? I normally drink A&W Cream but I thought this stuff was a bit better.
