Why can't I buy movies on Itunes if I'm in Canada? Why can Americans buy and Us Canadians can't ?

Movies and TV shows are only sold in the states, why?

  1. There are Canadian Content laws, which prevent most shows/movies from being sold here, based on their copyright. They have to get a copyright for Canada in order to be sold, televised here and most companies won't do it, due to cost.


  2. Silly Canadian Content Laws.

  3. Canadian laws are different from the US laws and so prevent Canadians from buying them.
