Why can't I change my avatar?!?

I have my avatar set to be the same as my Yahoo! 360. I changed my Yahoo! 360 image and the avatar wouldn't update with it. I tried a few things that didn't work. I got to the point where I deleted all the other pictures except for the one I wanted for the avatar on Yahoo! Answers and it still won't change to my current Yahoo! 360 picture.

What can I do?

Don't keep trying to change it.  Leave it messed up. Eventually, the system will process the change. If you keep changing or trying, it will start the process all over again. So, go through the process, just leave it messed up and wait whatever number of days for the system to change it to the new image. This feature has a long history of delays.
