Why can't I change the time in the TV listings on My Yahoo?

On the "old My Yahoo!" one could set what time the TV listings were to be set, on the "new My Yahoo!" it seems that there is no way to set the TV listings. Why?

  1. Edit the Module for Tv. Click Primetime. Click Select Favorites > Ok.
