Why can't I delete some cookies.?

with most cookies I want to delete I just click on delete and the cookie vanishes.There are some, however that ,when I try to delete them just show a blue border and remain there..Why? how can I delete them?

  1. Im not sure what you mean,I go in "tools"-"internet options"-delete cookies,it deletes them all.
